I am a homesteader, editor, naturalist, museum professional, and resident of Northfield, Massachusetts.

My passions are my garden, the written word, and preserving the natural world. I currently serve on the Northfield Open Space Committee and the Regional Planning Board, as well as managing the Northfield Tool Lending Library. I work as a consulting collections manager for the Maria Mitchell Association’s Natural History Museum on Nantucket and as an administrative assistant for AppleSeed Permaculture. I love to grow and preserve food, and to spin, knit, and weave wool.
